Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategic Finance Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Ark's strategic direction by developing financial frameworks, supporting critical business decisions, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

In Short

• Support deal analysis and underwriting for data center opportunities.
• Develop and refine unit economics frameworks for competitive pricing strategies.
• Conduct strategic analyses on key drivers of financial performance.
• Evaluate financial impact of strategic initiatives and capital investments.
• Prepare materials for management, Board, and investor presentations.
• Partner with FP&A on annual and quarterly planning processes.
• Conduct post-investment lookbacks for capital deployment effectiveness.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects as business needs arise.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or related role.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks.
