Overview

Arize is the leading AI observability and Evaluation platform to help AI teams discover issues, diagnose problems, and improve the results of their AI Applications. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our engineering team to help get this product in the hands of every Machine Learning organization.

In Short

• Build relationships with technical stakeholders
• Lead product demonstrations of the Arize platform
• Understand prospect’s ML stack to construct a compelling value proposition
• Handle technical objections and develop strategies across teams
• Write educational blog posts about ML and MLOps
• Collaborate to create and enhance documentation and video assets
• Engage in ML communities online
• Strong communication skills to tailor messages
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proficiency in Python and Linux/Unix

• Quick and self-learner
• Knowledgeable in Machine Learning
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn
• 5+ years in pre-sales or technical account management
• Experience with enterprise customers
• Proficiency in Python and Linux/Unix
• Bonus: Experience in high growth teams
• Bonus: Previous engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, Kubernetes, GCP/AWS/Azure
