As the Engineering Manager for the Data Platform team you will report directly to the Head of Engineering and lead the team responsible for our next-generation database and infrastructure that powers Arize's LLM evaluation and observability platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape critical systems including our custom OLAP database, real-time streaming infrastructure, and core integrations that are becoming essential for AI teams across the world.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on technical abilities across infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform) and data systems (OLAP databases, Kafka, distributed KV stores)
• Experience leading engineering teams while maintaining technical depth
• Experience debugging complex distributed systems and optimizing for performance at scale
• Focus on pragmatic solutions that deliver business value over chasing trending technologies
