(Senior) Work Psychologist - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Consult and support corporate clients in assessing psychological stress risks.
• Provide psychological counseling to employees as part of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Design and conduct workshops and presentations on topics like stress management, burnout prevention, and resilience.
• Support the development of our mental health offerings.

Requirements

• Completed psychology degree (Diploma or Master's, ideally with a focus on work and organizational psychology).
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in work psychology consulting.
• Solid experience in moderating workshops in a corporate context (coaching/consulting training is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in German and English (French or Spanish is a plus).
• Excellent self-management and a proactive mindset.
