We are looking for a Safety Specialist or Safety Engineer (m/f) to join our expert team at Argumed, who will work from home and on-site with clients (7-9 field services a month).

In Short

• Responsible for the entire process of basic care for our clients from initial assessment to risk assessment and assist in training and meetings.
• Advise and support our clients on all matters related to occupational safety and health protection.
• Be a attentive contact person for your clients, assisting them with their everyday challenges.
• Organize and conduct training and instructions in the field of occupational safety.
• Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, collect and evaluate results, and develop preventive measures.
• Manage projects in areas such as hazardous materials management and fire protection, if qualified.
• Collaborate with our digitalization team to provide tailored digital services to our clients and ease your own work.

Requirements

• You are a certified Safety Specialist or Safety Engineer (m/f).
• You are open to new digital approaches and solutions in occupational safety and may have experience in this area.
• You can work independently without much supervision and take responsibility for your decisions.
• You are willing to travel to provide optimal on-site advice to clients.
• You work meticulously, have an eye for detail, and know how to balance practice and theory.
• You easily understand client needs and pragmatically identify the best solutions.
• You speak German at a native level (bonus: very good English).
