Senior Manufacturing Functional Consultant - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for working closely and effectively with our customers and responsible for reviewing clients’ business processes, providing solid analysis, assessing solutions, and advising our customers on how to best meet their goals.

In Short

• Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements aligned to business objectives.
• Provides in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluates business processes against its functionality.
• Follows Argano Implementation methodology and improves quality of documentation assets.
• Utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack including Azure DevOps and PowerApps.
• Documents business requirements and configures Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Facilitates decision-making for modifications/customizations required by customers.
• Conducts acceptance testing and trains customer resources on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Plans and oversees execution of CRPs, Program Increments, and UATs.
• Provides structured support to Argano customers and contributes to the knowledge base.

Requirements

• High School Education or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years working with a manufacturer of goods.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of Production control module and related processes.
• Knowledge of Process and Discrete manufacturing, Lean manufacturing, and Cost management.
• Certificates like MB-320 or MB-335 are preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and participate in multiple consulting engagements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Experience in Azure DevOps and writing Functional Design Documents.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
