Overview

The Senior Manufacturing Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions tailored to meet customer business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing ongoing support and documentation.

• Participates in solution implementation from analysis to testing.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Provides expertise in Microsoft Dynamics applications.
• Follows Argano Implementation methodology for client engagements.
• Utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack effectively.
• Documents business processes using tools like Visio.
• Conducts acceptance testing and trains customer resources.
• Facilitates decision-making for modifications/customizations.
• Contributes to Argano Knowledge base and marketing activities.
• Provides structured support to customers as needed.

Requirements

• High School Education or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with manufacturers.
• 3-5 years of experience in Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of Production control module.
• Knowledge of Process and Discrete manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Just-In-Time processes.
• Proven ability to lead and document business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Certificates MB-320 or MB-335 preferred.
