Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant - Human Capital Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant possessing experience in functions of Human Capital Management. The role requires strong functional skills in configuration and setup of the Oracle Cloud HCM application, with the ability to work independently and convert functional specifications into workable solutions.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience in US payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent.
• Ability to handle challenging projects and roles.
• Client-facing experience with multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to configure requirements in the Cloud product.
• Experience in functional design documentation and testing.
• Ability to work independently on support tickets.
• Experience with OTBI.
• Technical experience in HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, SQL is a plus.
