Overview

Aretum is seeking a skilled and experienced Proposal Writer to assist in generating high-quality content for RFP responses, for federal contracts. This is a 1099 Consultant role, ideal for candidates with a strong background in Infrastructure, Operations Center, Cloud Architecture and proposal writing.

In Short

• Develop, write, and edit proposal content that is compliant and tailored to RFP needs.
• Research and incorporate relevant information and statistics.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST).
• Develop technical solution architectures for enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with capture managers and pricing teams.

• Design transition plans for new infrastructure services.
• Maintain knowledge of federal contracting regulations.
• Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback.
