The Health Facility Planning contractor will provide professional technical expertise in the broad range of areas required to successfully document, analyze, plan, and convey the meaning of the findings and recommendations involved in such a complex initiative.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in architecture or engineering
• 15+ years’ experience in healthcare architecture/engineering
• Experience in the federal sector preferred
• Lead and oversee multiple projects
• Develop project budgets and conduct negotiations
• Engagement manager for client relationships
• Recognized industry expert
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience
• Creative problem-solving capabilities
• Review and approve contracts
