Overview

The Claims Accountant role is pivotal in maintaining service fee payments, bank reconciliations, and processing recoveries and escrows within a dynamic environment.

• Process service fee rates update and service fee payment.
• Prepares accounting reports for various accounting divisions.
• Prepare reclass journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Previous insurance and/or reinsurance experience is a plus.
• Adept at multi-tasking with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
