Overview

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations, ensuring high accuracy and service level requirements.

• Shift: Night Shift
• Interpret data and analyze results in support of insurance operations
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately
• Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries for quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes
• 3-5 years of data processing and analysis experience required
• Previous experience in the insurance industry desirable
• Auto Rating and Workers Compensation experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree required
