AI Product Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an AI Product Engineer at Arcee, you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our GenAI product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions.

In Short

• Develop and implement AI models, particularly Large Language Models.
• Collaborate with Researchers and Engineers to preprocess data and optimize model performance.
• Work closely with Product peers to understand customer requirements.
• Conduct experiments to test and validate model improvements.
• Monitor and maintain LLMs in production.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and Machine Learning.
• Document and communicate technical details to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with data preprocessing and model training.
• Understanding of deep learning architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies.
• Experience with NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Prior experience in a Product-focused role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
