Overview

As an Arcadian, you will help deliver leading design, engineering, and consulting services for a sustainable built and natural environment. In your role as a Soil Specialist, you will work on various projects for different clients that contribute to the energy transition, focusing on sustainable land use and the well-being of the people living or working there.

In Short

• Join a team of soil specialists, project leaders, and GIS/data specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, soil science, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of work experience; relevant internships or thesis experience is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects.
• Interest in sustainability and digitalization in soil-related topics.
