Overview

Arcadis is seeking experienced project and program management experts to develop and build our Life Science/Pharma expertise for large projects across Germany.

In Short

• Lead complex Life Science construction projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Act as the main contact for clients nationwide.
• Ensure adherence to costs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Utilize soft skills in client relations and hard skills in relevant software.
• Coordinate solution-oriented collaboration with users, planners, and contractors.
• Develop and implement organizational structures tailored to project requirements.
• Oversee procurement, contract management, and quality assurance tasks.
• Support colleagues from other locations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in the Life Science sector.
• Knowledge of the German construction industry and experience in leading large pharmaceutical projects.
• Proficient in MS Project and other Office applications.
• Strong diplomatic skills and professional demeanor.
• Goal-oriented, independent, and strong team player with communication skills.
• Experience with international models like EPCM, FIDIC, etc.
• Ability to assess project qualities, timelines, and costs effectively.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
