• Independent management and coordination of extensive and complex TGA projects.
• Leading project teams in consulting, planning, construction, and commissioning of high-tech data center projects.
• Ensuring costs, deadlines, quality, and resources while assessing project risks.
• Overseeing all planning and execution services.
• Representing client interests.
• Coordinating all external project participants and assisting in contract creation.
• Ongoing project communication with all involved parties.

Requirements

• Completed university degree or technical college degree in Technical Building Equipment or related fields.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in building technical project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common TGA software.
• Experience with AutoCAD MEP and Autodesk Revit is desirable.
• Structured, independent, and careful working style.
• Team player with good communication skills in international teams.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good German and English skills.
