Requirements

• Strong client/relationship network in the food and pharma industries.
• Technical background in engineering or food technology.
• Experience managing technical projects in an industrial service environment.
• Leadership experience in a technical service provider.
• Ability to manage operational aspects of the advisory group.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong personality capable of leading a diverse team.
• Experience in strategic personnel planning and performance management.
