Arcadis is seeking an Environmental Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Quebec. The successful candidate will support our construction projects across the province, requiring solid leadership, organizational, planning, and communication skills.

In Short

• Support construction projects related to environmental remediation and decommissioning.
• Minimum of 90% travel required.
• Manage project site planning and organization of subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policies.
• Lead daily operations meetings.
• Contract and scope management in collaboration with Project Manager.
• Assess and adjust operations daily for effective resource use.
• Communicate needs and solutions to the project team.
• Manage required paperwork for compliance with regulations.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Services.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 5+ years of work experience in Canada.
• Experience in Environmental Construction preferred.
• Knowledge of Site Docs Safety Management Software is an asset.
• First Aid Certification and valid construction certifications.
