In Short

• Manage projects ensuring appropriate use of resources and budgets to complete work on time;
• Produce reports and forecasts, track budgets, supervise costs and variances to manage and control cost variables;
• Advise stakeholders on risk management, compliance, and associated behaviors to ensure adherence to Arcadis' risk management and compliance procedures;
• Analyze and review a range of data and documents to provide insights and recommendations for cost management and business management;
• Manage relationships and collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and create new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in construction economics or a relevant field with at least 7 years of experience in managing high-value multidisciplinary construction or renovation projects;
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of building, particularly in technical lots, responsible for cost management throughout the project lifecycle;
• Professional qualification and/or membership in RICS or UNTEC is a plus;
• Enjoy collaborative work and accustomed to working in an international environment (fluent English required);
• Client-oriented candidate with strong technical curiosity, analytical, and synthesis skills;
• Willingness to travel occasionally within a national scope.
