BIM Technician - Remote

Overview

Arcadis is looking for a BIM Technician to join our Water Design team. This hybrid role can be based out of any of our Midwest region offices.

In Short

• Join the Water Design team as a BIM Technician.
• Develop engineering drawings and models.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit for creating detailed project drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers.
• Maintain site record drawings and ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
• Manage workload throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work on diverse engineering projects.
• 5+ years of experience in CAD and BIM required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2016 or newer) and Revit is essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for collaboration.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in CAD and BIM.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and BIM standards.
• Ability to work with facility MEP system drawings.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Background in architecture, construction management, or engineering preferred.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
