In Short

  • Lead role as a BIM expert for Civil team, driving standardization, automation, and skill development.
  • Production and verification of BIM models and civil, piping and equipment drawings.
  • Responsible for technical quality assurance and client feedback.
  • Develop BIM project workflow criteria for complex projects.
  • Engage in the creative and innovative development of BIM & Automation.
  • Lead the development of team training plans.
  • Manage technical client relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff members.
  • Ensure the schedule and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with other design disciplines.

Requirements

  • BE Civil/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
  • 12+ years’ experience as BIM Modeler.
  • Knowledge of BIM tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC.
  • Knowledge of Revit will be preferable.
  • Familiar with US codes, drawing standards and practices.
  • Experience of delivering drawings and BIM models at all stages.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
