In Short

• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow
• Preparation of tender documentation
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Post-contract administration and management – contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
• Finalization of project final accounts
• Available Roles at Macau Office: Surveyors for Project Teams of Public & Private Sectors at Macau Head Office, Site Surveyors

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Candidates with 4 to 15 years of working experience in QS are preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for senior position
• Holder of MHKIS/ MRICS is preferred
• With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
• Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
• Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
• Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate clearly spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
• Able to work as a team player
