Overview

The Application Enablement Analyst will join the Technical Operations team of a healthcare data and analytics software company, focusing on client-facing, process improvement, and technical responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience in technology implementation or product management.
• Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation capacity.
• Coding experience in SQL.
• Basic understanding of healthcare quality measure performance concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a detail-oriented mindset.
• General ability to ramp up quickly on technical topics.
