Overview

As a Senior Materials Developer, you will lead the development of innovative textiles focused on sustainability and circularity, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the apparel/equipment industry.
• Degree in Materials Science, Textile Technology, or related field.
• Understanding of the RMD process and best practices.
• Knowledge of trims and textile manufacturing processes.
• Experience with performance textiles and laboratory testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
• Ability to handle materials physically.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for coaching and team collaboration.
