Overview

The Head of Customer Education will lead the Customer Education team to support schools and help customers maximize the potential of their MIS.

In Short

• Develop a suite of services to ensure customer success with Arbor MIS.
• Create business cases for new services including market research and pricing.
• Achieve professional service revenue targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores for service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10, including two direct reports.
• Accountable for the success of the LMS and customer learning journeys.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to represent customer feedback.
• Set the strategic direction for the Customer Education team.

Requirements

• Experience in customer education or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MIS or educational technology.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
