Overview

Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) is looking for a Sales Cloud Consultant to implement Hapi Guest for various hotel companies, requiring autonomy and customer interaction.

In Short

• Lead implementation of Hapi Guest for Salesforce App.
• Interact with hotel marketing and technical teams.
• Respond to customer queries and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Manage time effectively while teleworking.
• Preferred experience in configuring apps on Salesforce AppExchange.
• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
