Aquila is seeking a bilingual Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for its LATAM subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and enabling strategic growth.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for two subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Experienced accountant with full-cycle financial accounting knowledge.
• Strong expertise in GAAP and IFRS, ideally within SaaS or multi-entity organizations.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience in PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset aligning financial planning with business goals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication across teams.
