FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

Join Aprio's Finance team as an FP&A Analyst, where you will help clients maximize their opportunities in a dynamic and fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

In Short

• Budget & Forecast incoming M&A firms including revenues, personnel, and operating expenses.
• Update YTD insights for Practice Group Leadership to manage billings, AR, WIP, and Cash Collected.
• Assign bill & cost rates to new hires.
• Update personnel attributes monthly.
• Maintain the firmwide Budget & Forecast in Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Investigate ad hoc budget & forecast inquiries.
• Maintain working models for revenue and personnel staffing forecasts.
• Review analyses for trends or outliers.
• Assist in reviewing and testing Power BI dashboards.
• Drive process improvements for FP&A efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Results-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Strong financial management background.
• Amenable to work midshift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 MN PHT.
