In Short

• Provide inspired leadership company-wide.
• Make high-level decisions about company culture and strategy.
• Communicate the mission of the company to the team and inspire action.
• Report to the board of directors.
• Develop and implement company culture and a strategic plan.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders and other executives.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Maintain ongoing revenue and profit growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of top or senior management experience in IT/software development company.
• Experience working in start-up companies.
• Solid experience in AdTech.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
• Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
• Experience with corporate governance.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
• C1 Advanced English.
