Overview

Join the applike group as a System Administrator and help build the financial foundation for sustainable growth at one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring the workplace tech operates smoothly and efficiently.

In Short

• Ensure constant functionality of workplace technology including network, Wi-Fi, and meeting rooms.
• Provide technical assistance with hardware and software.
• Create and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Manage the IT warehouse effectively.
• Set up and remove technical equipment as needed.
• Oversee over 400 workstations primarily onsite in Hamburg.
• Ensure the security of computers and networks.
• Participate in daily support and assist colleagues proactively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in System Administrator roles.
• Expertise in OS administration (Jamf) and network security setup.
• Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
• Hands-on mentality and high motivation.
• Experience in mentoring juniors is advantageous.
