Applause is a world leader in digital quality testing, helping leading brands deliver quality digital products and experiences globally. We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to extend our customer base in EMEA, acting as a connection between sales and customer operations.

In Short

• Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective clients
• Promote sales efforts by optimizing QA in the software development life cycle
• Lead detailed discovery and scoping calls
• Work closely with sales to develop solution-oriented pricing
• Act as a digital quality spokesperson
• Train and coach internal account executives
• Conduct discovery to identify business pains
• Communicate sold solutions effectively with project teams
• Build trust with client stakeholders
• Ensure customer satisfaction with minimal supervision

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role as a Sales Consultant
• Experience in selling complex, customizable solutions
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Experience with value selling and ROI calculations
• Ability to work with senior management
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel within Europe up to 30%
• Strong work ethic and adaptability
• Experience in software development or testing is a plus
