As an ITAD Operations Associate at AppDirect, you will play a critical role in managing IT Asset Disposition operations, ensuring the effective handling of IT assets for global customers.

• Oversee ITAD processing workflows and ensure timely execution of shipments.
• Monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams.
• Conduct regular QA checks for compliance with service level objectives.
• Review settlement reports from resale partners.
• Manage the FMV Quoting process for aging devices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to engage customers.
• Track customer engagement and quoting outcomes.
• Coordinate quote refreshes and validity periods.
• Act as the primary contact for ITAD-related workflows.
• Maintain documentation and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or logistics.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with structured SOPs and proactive in improvements.
