Video Editor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a fast, creative, and reliable Video Editor who can produce our video formats in-house, responsible for post-production of creatives and developing thumbnails as part of our creative growth team.

In Short

• Edit 2+ short-form videos per day (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Create video ads for Meta, YouTube, and others
• Design stills and thumbnails for various platforms
• Adhere to deadlines and quality standards
• Participate in weekly creative meetings
• Daily communication via Slack
• Proactively communicate about bottlenecks or delays
• Support the development of content formats

Requirements

• Completed education in media or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of common video software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Sense for trends, visual dynamics, and platform-specific storytelling
• Ability to quickly identify and correct errors
• Structured, independent working style with high reliability
• Open communication, teamwork, and willingness to develop
• Proficient use of image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop for stills/thumbnails) is a plus
