Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing and hiring white-collar candidates while monitoring blue-collar hiring at scale.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Strong experience in high-volume blue-collar hiring.
• GCC recruitment experience is highly preferred (Saudi Arabia is a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
