Overview

Apex Companies is seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to ensure the integrity and performance of operating systems and computer networks while providing opportunities for professional growth.

In Short

• Ensure the integrity and performance of operating systems and computer networks.
• Perform routine maintenance like backups, file recovery, patching, and system upgrades.
• Configure software and solve technical issues.
• Manage and track IT equipment and optimize Active Directory.
• Build and implement Group Policies in AD.
• Oversee email, anti-virus, virtual hosting, and backup solutions.
• Manage advanced infrastructure solutions including Azure and O365.
• Enforce infosec policies to protect company data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related computer field preferred.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE or VMware Certified Professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Expertise in installation, configuration, and repair of Servers, Workstations, and Laptops.
• Skilled in Active Directory administration and DNS/DHCP/TCIP setup.
• Experience with email systems, antivirus, and virtual servers.
• Experience with Azure, O365, and telephony design.
• Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure management.
