Technical Lead - Fullstack (.NET, Angular, Azure) - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Technical Lead for one of our Swiss health tech clients. This company is transforming how fitness and wellness professionals visualize and measure physical change using advanced 3D scanning and analytics. The product is stable, widely used, and ready for its next leap forward — and you’ll be the technical owner leading that journey.

Requirements

• A senior full-stack developer with strong C#, .NET (Core), Angular, and Azure skills
• Having a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Confident making architectural decisions and leading development end to end
• Experienced in microservices, clean architecture, and agile workflows
• Comfortable working solo at first, but with a clear path to build a team
• Product-minded — you care about the why, not just the what
• Excited by the freedom to experiment, prototype, and improve fast
• Curious about 3D tech and AI (you don’t need to be an expert — just open)
