Overview

Anza is the leading software development firm building in the Solana ecosystem. We are working on Agave, a forked version of the original Solana Labs client validator client, developer tooling for dApp developers on Solana, and contributing to the next generation of apps and protocols in the ecosystem. We are a small, lean, and scrappy team looking for talented people who are willing to jump in and use their expertise to help build robust web3 protocols. In Short

• Design and implement new on-chain programs for ecosystem teams or the developer community.
• Drive protocol-level improvements required to implement new kinds of on-chain programs.
• Maintain and improve the developer experience for Solana developers.
• Assist virtual machine developers at Anza and Firedancer in testing advancements to the runtime environment.
• Write detailed documentation to foster consistent standards and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in software development, particularly in blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages used in Solana development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with developer tools and SDKs.
• Ability to write clear and detailed documentation.
