Public Relations Manager - Luxury Real Estate - Remote

The Coldwell Banker PR team supports a network of over 100,000 agents with more than $200M every day in luxury sales and serve hundreds of thousands of discerning clients across the globe. We create and execute bespoke PR plans that celebrate unique and exquisite properties, along with top-producing agents.

In Short

• Lead the execution of local and national luxury PR initiatives.
• Prepare press materials, including news releases and messaging documents.
• Nurture relationships with top-producing luxury real estate agents.
• Meet with senior leadership and agents to present PR plans.
• Prepare leadership and agents for interviews with coaching.
• Develop relationships with key media at a national level.
• Keep a pulse on luxury trends to maximize opportunities.
• Support brand events for agents and clients.
• Monitor media placement and share across the network.
• Identify potential issues and crisis management needs.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in communications, journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations and external communications.
• Expertise in communication planning and AP-style writing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong contacts with media and proven ability in placing stories.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Sound logical judgment and flexibility to change direction.
• Evaluate risks and consequences of decisions.
• Proficient with MC Office suite and media monitoring software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
