Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software. You will work closely with the QA and engineering teams to determine, understand and derive scenarios from the requirements and perform software quality verification. You will join a small and growing team and have the opportunity to contribute and acquire new skills. To thrive and enjoy this exciting position, you must be a self-starter and be productive with minimal supervision.

In Short

• Analyze provided requirements and specifications
• Create comprehensive test plan and and detailed test cases
• Create well-defined test scenarios and test data
• Plan, estimate and prioritize testing activities
• Create comprehensive proof of tests
• Identify, record and document defects accurately and correctly
• Track reported defects and discuss and collaborate with the engineering team
• Perform UI, sanity, functional, regression, component and end-to-end testing
• Contribute to the creation of technical and end user product documentation

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills
