Anyscale is on a mission to democratize distributed computing, making it accessible for software developers. As a Member of Technical Staff, Field Engineer, you will advocate for customers and work closely with sales, product management, and engineering to enhance customer engagement.

• Serve as the technical face of Anyscale, advocating for customers.
• Build product demos, tutorials, and reference architectures.
• Educate customers on using Ray for application development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.

• Demonstrate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre- and post-sales experience.
• Strong technical skills with knowledge of Python and Ray.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, or ML/AI technologies.
• Familiarity with public cloud and enterprise infrastructure.
• Customer success orientation with a focus on building value.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
