Senior Manager, Finance, HR & Payroll Implementation - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager is responsible for successful delivery of implementation projects for Anthology’s Finance, HR & Payroll solution, which is based on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.

In Short

• Providing project leadership to support the implementation for Anthology’s FHP solution projects.
• Proactively managing project risks by anticipating deployment issues.
• Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and documented processes are followed.
• Conducting periodic reviews of the quality processes.
• Participating in and/or leading quality management reviews.
• Working closely with functional and technical teams to prioritize customer needs.
• Participating in strategic initiatives and collaboration opportunities.
• Developing and training project teams on implementation methodology.
• Monitoring and analyzing key implementation metrics.
• Coaching and developing the team for career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field.
• At least 6 years consulting or project management experience in ERP software implementation.
• At least 5 years of experience leading professional services teams.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work closely with other leaders to address business opportunities.
• Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and implementation processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
