Overview

The Regional Customer Quality Engineer will lead and manage warranty programs across all product lines and global regions within electrical manufacturing operations, ensuring data is collected, analyzed, and translated into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experienced in root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50% to manufacturing sites and customer locations.
