Overview

The Project and Process Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing complex projects and ensuring operational efficiency at the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

• Lead full-cycle project management for complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with software implementation and project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management software.
• Strong knowledge of Office365 suite including SharePoint and Teams.
• Commitment to the mission of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
• Willingness to travel periodically for meetings.
