Temporary Tax Manager (Direct Tax) - Remote

Overview

Angi® is seeking an experienced Direct Tax Manager for a long-term temporary assignment to oversee corporate income tax provisioning and compliance management.

In Short

• Oversee corporate income tax provisioning and compliance management.
• Involved in all aspects of Angi’s income tax landscape.
• Prepare corporate income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Manage US tax compliance with third-party service providers.
• Conduct cash tax forecasting and research new income tax laws.
• Review foreign income tax returns for adjustments.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and support business growth.
• Requires up to 40 hours of work per week.
• Strong understanding of public tech company tax complexities.
• Build and develop the tax function for Angi.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or Masters Degree in Accounting/Tax preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate income tax accounting.
• Strong expertise in ASC 740 tax provision process.
• Experience with ERP systems and tax compliance tools.
• Corptax experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with multinational consolidations.
• Proficient in Excel/Microsoft Office.
