Temporary Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Accountant at Angi, you will be responsible for the daily, monthly, and quarterly review and analysis of revenue for multiple Angi subsidiaries.

In Short

• Join Angi's Revenue team as a Staff Accountant.
• Remote position requiring up to 40 hours per week.
• Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $40.
• Create and import journal entries into Great Plains and Netsuite.
• Perform reconciliations for data accuracy.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct revenue and balance sheet variance analysis.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes.
• Contribute to team efforts by completing additional tasks as needed.
• Ad hoc analysis and project work as directed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of accounting experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• Basic understanding of and ability to apply US GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and Great Plains is a plus.
• High level of integrity with confidential financial information.
• Ability to communicate effectively across team levels.
