Overview

The Senior Manager, QA Automation, will drive the design, rollout, and evolution of scalable QA systems that reach beyond traditional support into complex, insight generating workflows across Sales, Care, and Account Management.

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience with QA systems and conversational intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with performance data and reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
• Exposure to customer-facing environments.
• Experience with prompt design and classifier strategy.
