We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a degree in Human Resources or equivalent to join our remote recruitment team.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
