Senior Consultant in Controlling and Finance - Life Sciences & Pharma - Remote

You will support well-known companies in the Chemicals, Pharma & Life Sciences sectors on their journey toward excellent performance – with a focus on controlling, finance, and digitalization.

In Short

• Contribute expertise to deliver customer-focused, solution-oriented consulting.
• Develop tailored concepts for clients in chemicals, pharma, and life sciences.
• Design custom solutions for performance management, finance transformation, and planning.
• Contribute to internal development and innovative consulting approaches.
• Independently manage project areas.
• Regular on-site client presence (at least 2 days per week).
• Support senior project managers in network expansion and acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance & Controlling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Management Consulting or Inhouse Consulting.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at least 1-2 days per week.
• Initial experience in the Chemicals, Pharma, or Life Sciences sector.
• German skills are a plus.
