Overview

The position is for a Senior Consultant in Controlling & Finance, focusing on guiding companies in the industrial and high-tech sectors towards excellent performance with an emphasis on controlling, finance, and digital transformation.

In Short

• Engage in management consulting with a focus on customer-oriented solutions.
• Participate in finance and controlling projects, developing individual concepts for clients.
• Focus areas may include CFO strategy, financial processes, and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of internal topics and innovative consulting approaches.
• Take responsibility for specific tasks within projects.
• Regular client presence, with a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Support senior project managers in networking and acquisition.

Requirements

• Completed master's degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in finance and controlling.
• Experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel at least 2 days a week and work 1-2 days in the office.
• Interest in industries such as machinery, construction, and automation technology.
