• Own the financial strategy and deal execution for Andromeda’s compute portfolio.
• Lead financial planning and performance management for GPU cluster portfolio.
• Manage lender relationships and financial architecture of major infrastructure deals.
• Build and maintain multi-year capital expenditure forecasting models.
• Work with the finance team to set capital allocation priorities.
• Focus on expanding capital capacity and deepening lender relationships.
• Contribute to the financial infrastructure supporting growth.
• Impact the deployment of capital in a capital-intensive AI business.
• Shape the finance function from the ground up as the first finance hire.
• Experience meaningful deal flow and complex transactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in infrastructure or project finance, private equity, or investment banking.
• Experience building complex financial models for capital-intensive assets.
• Familiarity with GPU compute economics and data center operations.
• Experience in structuring debt financing and managing lender relationships.
• Able to build financial frameworks from scratch.
• Comfort in a lean startup environment with direct founder access.
